How can I track my Kluger Lifestyle purchase?

Your tracking number will be active within 4-6 days of your order. For any concerns, Kluger Lifestyle's support team is here to assist. Please do reach out if you haven’t received yours after 7 by contacting support.

Order Cancellations

To modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Note that shipped orders cannot be cancelled. For more details, visit our refund policy page.

Received a Damaged Item?

Kluger Lifestyle uses higher quality packaging and ship every item with extra padding, but in rare cases of damage, send us your order number and a picture of the item for a swift replacement.

Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment. If this happens to you, please reach out with:

  • A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.
